Hostels' Complaints & Grievances Redressal

1. Students have to register the complaint (Civil/Electrical/Internet) in the office of Warden. Hostel Attendant will see the complaint/Feedback and categorize the type of complaint/feedback (Engineering Cell/General Administration/Computer Center/Hostel Office). Also, Hostel Attendant will ensure the proper maintenance of facilities within the hostel.
2. If nature of complaint is minor, then Hostel Attendant will directly report to the Enquiry (Civil/Electrical/Computer Centre/etc.).
3. If complaint is major, then Hostel Attendant will report to Warden through Resident Warden. Warden will forward and recommend the complaint to the concerned person of the branch (i.e Civil, Electrical, DR(GA)/ Head (CCI/ OIC, Hostel Office).
4. If the issue is not resolved then it will be escalated to OIC Hostel. OIC, Hostel Office will pursue the complaint to respective branch Head (CPO/Head (CCI/ DR(GA)) for early disposal.
