All the students residing in the hostels are hereby directed to submit their mess bill well in time through online payment facility by the notified last date of every month. It has been noticed that either students are not depositing their mess bill online or they are not submitting their deposit receipt in the Hostel Office. It is necessary to submit the receipt of your payment in the Hostel Office every month before the due date in order to maintain the individual mess accounts smoothly.
All the students who have not cleared their mess bill/dues are hereby instructed to clear any outstanding dues in their account by depositing the same till 5th May, 2017, otherwise necessary disciplinary action will be initiated against them and they may be debarred from Hostel and Mess facility. Further, such students will not be considered for hostel re-allotment in future and their results also may be withheld.
