Provisional list of students who have been found eligible for hostel re-allotment for the Academic Year 2016-17 is given below. It is a tentative allotment which automatically stand cancelled in case any discrepancies found at any time of the year. The students are advised to bring their receipt of mess dues payment before submission of the fees for hostel allotment or else they will not be considered for hostel allotment and their allotment will be cancelled automatically and their seats will be allotted to next eligible candidates, no further enquiry in such cases will be entertained. The students having short attendance previous year during their stay in the hostel or having mess dues of more than Rs.5000/- have not been considered for hostel allotment in this list.
Those students who have been allotted hostel provisionally shall have to submit their hostel fee from 29.07.2016 to 05.08.2016 and take possession as per the schedule given below from 29.07.2016 to 05.08.2016.
- 2K13 B. Tech, 2K15 M.Tech & 2K15 MBA (Boys) will collect their allotment slip from HJB Hostel
- 2K14 B. Tech, 2K15 B. Tech (Boys) will collect their allotment slip from JCB Hostel
- All girls students will collect their allotment slip from SNH Hostel
