It has been observed that inspite of several reminders some of the students are still not depositing their mess bill regularly. All these students who have not cleared their mess bill/dues are hereby instructed to clear any outstanding dues in their account by depositing the same till 11th May, 2016, otherwise necessary disciplinary action will be initiated against them and they may be debarred from Hostel and Mess facility and they shall not be considered for hostel re-allotment in future. Further, they are intimated that their name will be forwarded to Academic and Result section for further necessary action.
Any student, who has already paid his/her outstanding mess bill/dues, but his/her name is still mentioned in this list should immediately contact Hostel Office, during working hours on any of the working day before 11th May 2016, along with the receipt of the paid mess bill for necessary corrections in their mess account.
Note: – The amount shown in the list is the Principal mess bill amount due against the students (with pending bill above Rs.5000/-), the fine for late payment of mess dues are to be paid by each student & shall be confirmed at Hostel Office in person by the candidate and shall be deposited within stipulated time.
