In the line of efforts to streamline the Security refund process through Online transfer facility, all the final year students of B.Tech, M.Tech & MBA are advised to submit the details as specified in the attached pdf latest by 31.05.2015 to get the refund of their hostel security alongwith all other relevant documents. Any other student who has already vacated his/her hostel accommodation and wish to withdraw their hostel security may also submit these details in Hostel Office within above stipulated time.
The documents are as follows:
- Format as in the pdf attached
- Cancelled Cheque.
- Self – attested copy of first page of the passbook.
- Copy of Hostel Identity Card.
- Hostel Surrender Form duly verified by the respective warden
The request for hostel security refund will be accepted/initiated only after submission of hostel and mess no dues/ surrender form duly verified by warden and other relevant documents as stated above.
